Important: We DO NOT hold up the flow
of traffic when the photos are being taken.
The following is a brief explanation of what we do when we work with
your event:
PRE-EVENT ASSISTANCE
When your event is planned in advance, we can design, free-of-charge,
an Event T-shirt that incorporates the photographs taken at the event
that event participants can request at no extra cost. A sample can be
sent to you at your request.
Also, we offer to our clients pre-event products such as Dash
Plaques (magnetic, plastic, or metal,) Wall Plaque Trophies (vibrant, full
colored, wood or glass,) buttons, shirts, etc.
DAY BEFORE EVENT
We arrive on-site for pre-event setup. Here is a description of our Mobile Unit requirements.
When the mobile unit (trailer) is set up, the footprint is
approximately 20x15 feet, with the showroom facing out from the 20 foot
width. Our unit requires 30 amp service to operate. If 30 amp
service is not available, one 15/20A circuit would work until we are processing
orders. If neither is available, we can supply our own power via
generator. The generator is enclosed and relatively quiet.
DAY OF EVENT
We start taking pictures as soon as the cars arrive, which
usually means photographing near the registration area. If this
doesn’t work, we photograph when the situation allows us to. Generally,
we are not concerned with the background, because our layouts can cover most of
it, and we have the option to replace the background, which many customers
prefer. Once the photo has been taken, we give the potential customer a
business card with the photo number on it, so when they come to the trailer,
they can view the photo, and see it in the different layouts we provide.
Generally, we take photos until about 10am, after which we
take photos by request – free of charge. We make our best attempt to manufacture the products on the
day of the show. At times, the volume of orders makes it impossible to do
this. All orders are paid for at the time of
purchase via cash, check, or credit card. If the customer is able to pick
up their order at the event, the shipping charge is returned.
KEEP-IN-MIND
Our location should be easy to locate and maneuver to. Customers
generally have to make several trips to our trailer.
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHS
We make available to your car club a link to our website
so your website visitors can see all the photos taken at the car show.
We will work with you to take any special photos you
may need. All of the photos are placed on our website for any post-event
orders, and re-orders.
