A. We only accept JPG's. It is best if the image is sent as it was scanned (full size.) If there is a problem with the image you upload, we will contact you prior to using it.
Q. What type of printing do you do?
A. The process we use is called sublimation. At a very high temperature, the special inks vaporize and transfer into the product. This process allows for a very clear high resolution photo image. The final product is very durable and produce very brilliant colors.
Q. Can I get my product cheaper if I use the silk screening process?
A. If you do not require a photo quality image (4 color process) color and quality, and the quantities are large enough, typically 100 or more pieces, then yes, screening would be the cheaper way to go. We also ofter this, as-well-as embroidery services.

Q. How large is the printed image?
A. That depends on the product and the image. Generally Mugs are "full bleed"-top to bottom-handle to handle, T-Shirts vary according to size with the largest imprint area being 15" x 19".
Q. What is sublimation?
A. The actual process of sublimation involves placing a sublimation transfer that has been printed on paper onto polyester or polymer-coated material and then applying heat (usually with a flatbed heat press) to both. The heat changes the solid print on the paper into a gas, which then prints into the polymer surface.
The operative word here is into. In addition to the heat causing the sublimation process, it also opens up the polymer so the gas actually goes into the surface coating. Seconds after the surface starts to cool, the gas reverts back to a solid and the polymer closes back up, trapping the solid. This is why you can run your finger across the surface of a sublimated metal plate and you will not feel anything.
Sublimated products are very colorful, and retain their color fastness far longer than other transfer processes.
Q. What if I can't find my photo?
A. Try as we might to be perfect, for various reasons the photo number that is assigned to your photo may not match the actual photo number given to you. Try and search the photos near your number by shortening the number. ie: for 501968, use 50196 or 50197. In most cases you will be able to locate the correct photo. If you still cannot find your image you will need to go to the event that the photo was taken at and look through the images.
Q. Is there a price break if I buy in quantity?
A. YES. If you are buying 6 or more of any item, email us with your photo number and we will let you know how to get the discount. If you order a product that qualifies for a discount, and the discount did not show up on your receipt, please let us know, and we will credit your order before it is charged to your credit card. Generally, we try and catch these and correct the price automatically for you.
Q. Will the color match exactly as the original photo?
A. Colors reproduce differently on different materials. In most cases the colors will look pretty close, but usually more vibrant than the original. We will not gaurantee and exact color match. If this is necessary then extra charges will apply. Call for furthur information.
Q. Why is the online image quality not as good as the original photo?
A. In order to make the images appear faster on your computer when online, we need to shrink the image file size. This process can make the viewed image of poorer quality than the original. Also, if you use an accelerator program to surf the net faster, this will also greatly reduce the image quality.
Q. How do I get a photo number?
A. There are two ways to get a photo number:
1. When we take car pictures at car shows we give you a business card with the photo number on the back. This is the number you use when you retrieve your photo.
2. The second way is if you upload your own photo to the Promotional Products area of this website, you will be assigned a photo number that will also retrieve the image online.
Q. How do I upload my own photo?
A.
- Go to any one of the "PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS" link on the right side of the home page.
- Once the next page loads you will see a large RED BUTTON that reads "CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE". Click this button and follow the simple directions. When you are done, your image will replace the one on the order screen, and you can begin the ordering process.
Q. What is a SPECIAL DESIGN?
A. A SPECIAL DESIGN is a template or frame designed to hide most of the background and enhance the "look" of the final printed product. In some cases it may be one of our original full backgound changes. By creating a template we can do most of the artwork ahead of time and reuse it over-and-over again, taking less time to create your purchase, greatly reducing the cost, and giving you a professional final product.
Q. What is T-SHIRT PRINT SIZE?
A. Shirt PRINT SIZE is determined by several factors. The overall surface area of the shirt itself is the primary factor. We generally print as large as practical between the arms up to a maximum width of 19 inches. A HALF SIZE print will cover a maximum area of 10 X 14
inches (vertical or horizontal,) starting at the collar an going down. A
